    Please access our homepage at https://www.jkbankonline.com, click on Retail Login.On the next page, click on New User? Register Now link. You will need a valid Debit Card to create a New User. Please Note that your accounts would be reflected in your eBanking User after 24-48 hours only,so after creating a New User,you should login after 24 Hours. For demo click here.

    For the security purposes of our ebanking services, we force users to type in Captch/Verification text, shown in the image on the same page.

  • What is One Time /Reccuring Payments option in Transfers screen

    1. If you wish to make a single payment ,please select Frequency Type as 'One Time' only(This Option is selected by default) and click 'GO' button. 2. Sometimes you may wish to make recurring payments ,which means a payment will happen on regular intervals set by you. Recurring payment option should be selected only when you wish to make multiple payments to same beneficiary on regular intervals.If you wish to make such RECURRING PAYMENT, select Frequency Type as 'Recurring' only.Please don't select this option if you wish to make a Single payment.

  • What is Image/Phrase?

    For enhanced security, we prompt users to set up a unique Image/Phrase when they login for the first time.Users should make sure that when they try to login next time and onwards they should proceed only when they see their Unique Image/Phrase at time of Login.

  • I dont receive OTP?Where is OTP Regenerate Button

    In new eBanking application when you are trying to do a transaction which requires OTP , the application will generate it automatically and send it to your registered email id and mobile number. If you dont receive OTP within 2-3 minutes,please visit your nearest Branch to get your detail updated.[Regenerate OTP Button will be enabled soon, Inconvenience caused is regretted.]

  • How do i see my Full/Mini statement?

    If you wish to get Full statement of your accounts, please click on 'Account Statement' link in left side bar menu .In next page click on the check button against the account you which to get statement for,and click 'View Full Statement'.By default your last 1 month statement will be fetched. You can use date filters and dropdown menu to get selected transactions.Max. 90 days transactions can be fetched. [we have temporarily restricted statement to 1 month only,we will be extending it to 90days soon.Inconvenience caused is regretted.]

  • How do i transfer money to accounts in other bank?

    There are two options to transfer money to other bank accounts.One is NEFT Transfer and Other is RTGS Transfer.You should choose NEFT Transfer if you wish to transfer amount between 1-2Lacs.For amounts higher than 2 Lacs choose RTGS Transfer.
    To Do NEFT/RTGS Transfer,first you need to add a Beneficiary for NEFT/RTGS. Click on 'Transactions' menu and Select 'Manage Beneficiary' option. In the next page, choose 'Add Beneficiary' and click 'OK'. IN the next page select Network & Bank IFSC as 'NEFT/RTGS'. Click on 'lookup' button to select your other Bank IFSC code.Once you have located your IFSC ,click 'select' button.Fill in other details of the beneficiary like Account Number ,Name ,Nickname.Once you add this Beneficiary.You will be able to transfer to this beneficiary after 15 minutes only.

  • I added a NEFT/RTGS beneficiary,but i am unable to transfer to this beneficiary?

    According to RBI guidelines, Any New Beneficiaries added should not be immediately available for transfer. With the result, currently your newly added beneficiary will reflect after 15 minutes only.

  • I made a NEFT/RTGS Transfer,when will this be settled?

    All NEFT/RTGS transfers are settled according to RBI Guidelines. Currently NEFT/RTGS transactions are settled within 2.5-3hours.
