october is a pivotal month for many people in sales what you do, or don't do will have a downstream effect3 things I am focusing on this month to close out the year and start 2024 strong - 25% more time dedicated to outbound- revisiting old deals that didn't close due to timing- establishing mutual action plans with my champions (h/t Wil Norman) control the controllables and everything else will take care of itself

I had the opportunity to represent Lockton and speak to two groups of students in their SALES 555 class as part of the National Strategic Selling Institute at Kansas State University. I shared thoughts on my experience with sales software and CRM systems available today, how embracing technology will give students an upper hand in early careers, and my speculation on how AI will change B2B sales.
